Weekly Runs

Tuesdays- Weekly fun walk/runs at 6:30 p.m. We meet at the store and go out to the P.E. Trail.  Many distances to choose from; anywhere from two to eight miles are possible.  No Boundaries training at 6:30 p.m. when in session.  Three sessions to choose from every year.  Fall, Winter and Spring.  This is a structured program.  We follow a training schedule that works up to completing a 5k.  Registration is required.

Thursday- Weekly fun walk/runs at 6:30 p.m. We meet at the store and go out to the P.E. Trail.  Many distances to choose from; anywhere from two to eight miles are possible.  Everyone is welcome and there is no cost.   All distances and paces welcome.  

Saturday- Weekly Run at 7:00 a.m.  This is geared for those who want to run or need to run in preparation for a race.  Routes will vary.  All distances and paces welcome.  No Boundaries training at 8:30 a.m. when in session.  Three sessions to choose from every year.  Fall, Winter and Spring.  This is a structured program.  We follow a training schedule that works up to completing a 5k.  Registration is required.

Cancelled Runs-  We cancel Saturday morning runs only a few times a year in order to be at a races we support.  Those races are Ontario Mills 5/10k in January, the Santa Anita Derby 5k in April, and the Reindeer Run 5k in December.  If we have to cancel a group walk/run during the week due to weather, we will post it on Facebook.  Thank you.
