Speed Sessions Track Workouts will be starting back up this month!
Planned workouts will take place Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
at the Chaffey College Track when permitted.

Don't let the name scare you off. If you can complete a 1 mile run then Speed Sessions are for you. Our Speed Sessions training program is a great way to stay race ready and mix up your weekly running miles while becoming a more well rounded runner. Minimum age to participate is 14 years of age.
