Speed Sessions Track Workouts will start on Tuesday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m.
Planned workouts will take place at the Chaffey College Track when permitted.

This is a 7 week program. Six weeks of training and one week for a timed trial. Tuesday, April 24 thru Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
Don't let the name scare you off. If you can complete a 1 mile run then Speed Sessions are for you. Our Speed Sessions training program is a great way to stay race ready and mix up your weekly running miles while becoming a more well rounded runner. Minimum age to participate is 14 years of age.
