Planned workouts will take place at the Chaffey College Track when permitted. $1.00 per hour parking fee.

This is a 5 week program. Sign up for all 5 classes or do classes individually. You can register online for a single class only for $15. Click HERE to register. Drop in fee is $15 for individual classes. You can pay and register on location- waiver must be signed and cash only. Please arrive early.
Don't let the name scare you off. If you can complete a 1 mile run then track workouts are for you. Our Track Sessions training program is a great way to stay race ready and mix up your weekly running miles while becoming a more well rounded runner. Minimum age to participate is 14 years of age.

Throughout the training we will challenge your legs as well as your heart and lungs as you push yourself to get faster, stronger, and more efficient. Prepare to be surprised by all that you can accomplish!
