The Good Form Running Clinic is FREE & brought to you by New Balance. Clinics
take place throughout the year. This clinic will teach you about incorporating four main
fundamentals into your workouts to improve running form, therefore running more
efficiently & being injury free. This is a hands on coaching session that requires your
participation & involves actual running for short periods.
This Workshop includes:
- Explanation of key methods to improve your form\
- Demonstration of techniques to teach your body good form running
What to wear: Running clothes & shoes. You will not be running a lot, but you will be doing some running & drill work.
