No Boundaries (NoBo) is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for those currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 to 12 weeks!  Along the way, we will provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics.  We will cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.    

Yearly session are held in the Fall, Winter and Spring.  Regular training walks and runs are held every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. with an option of attending on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

The No Boundaries Workout:  Training is held every week on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.  We meet at the store and walk out to the Pacific Electric Trail off of Haven and conduct our workout. We start off by doing two miles and gradually work up to four miles.*  The workout is based on interval training and incorporates a slight hill workout.  Workouts are about one hour in duration.  We go through a warm-up, do our miles and then cool-down.  If you would like to try a session for free, please email eva@fleetfeetranchocucamonga.com or call store at 909-477-3338 for details.  *Distance and training can be modified to fit individual goals and abilities.

Winter Session begins Jan. 15 and ends April 2, 2019.  Goal race is Santa Anita 5k on April 6th, (optional).

*Spring Session begins April 16 and ends July 2, 2019.  Goal race is Claremont 5000 on July 4th, (optional).

*Fall session begins September 17 and ends Dec. 3, 2019.  Goal race is the Reindeer Run 5k in Ontario (optional).

No Boundaries will start on Tuesday, Jan. 15 with a "walk and talk" workout.  This workout is easy and is a great opportunity to meet your fellow participants and become familiar with the store and PE Trail.  You will also receive a training schedule, handouts will be given and any questions you have can be answered.   Sign up for our newsletter and like us on Facebook for more information, daily updates and events.
