The Good Form Running Clinic is FREE and brought to you by New Balance. Clinics take place throughout the year. This clinic will teach you about incorporating four main fundamentals into your workouts to improve running form, therefore running more efficiently and being injury free. This is a hands on coaching session that requires your participation and involves actual running for short periods.
This workshop includes:
What to wear: Running clothes & shoes. You will not be running a lot, but you will be doing some running and drill work.
